LEAD RESPONSIBILITY NOT TAKEN,Our software is rigorously tested and debugged to ensure safety. No reported damages to PCs have occurred.
Resold Products: We do not take responsibility for any issues arising from products resold by third parties, as they are beyond our control.
CLIENT COOPERATION,To serve you effectively, we require client cooperation:
Protocols: Follow the prescribed steps to request refunds, licenses, or resets.
Toxicity: Any abusive or non-cooperative behavior will void your refund rights immediately.
Commitment: We are here to help—cooperation is essential for resolution.
REFUND POLICY,Non-Tangible Items: Refunds are not issued once a product is purchased due to its irreversible nature.
Pre-Purchase Awareness: Please read all product descriptions thoroughly before making a purchase.
Reimbursement Clause: If a product is not delivered, we may reimburse a portion of the cost to cover related expenses.
PRODUCT WARRANTY,Fortnite Private Warranty:
Available for a maximum of 2 hours post-purchase.
Usage during this time is the client’s responsibility.

MateX does not take responsibility for users' actions while utilizing our products, nor are we affiliated with these actions in any way beyond providing access to the listed products.

No Ownership: MateX does not hold sources, drivers, licenses, or data for any listed products.
EULA and TOS Compliance: We are not bound by any third-party EULA, TOS, or agreements as we do not hold accounts, licenses, or engage with said platforms.
External Processes: All MateX products operate externally, meaning no game data or memory is modified or reversed. This ensures there is no anti-cheat bypass intent, copyright infringement, or impact on a company’s profits.
Signed and Certified:

All MateX software is officially signed and uses certified drivers from official companies.
The products listed do not interact with or violate definitions outlined under section 7.1 of Riot Games Terms or similar anti-cheat systems.

MateX shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, or violations caused by the user's actions while using our products.EXCLUSION CLAUSE,If you are an employee, volunteer, previously employed by or volunteered at, associated with, represent, or are acquaintances or family of a member of Valve Corporation, Bohemia Interactive a.s., BattlEye Innovations, CEVO LLC, EasyAntiCheat Ltd. (EAC), Turtle Entertainment GmbH, E-Sports Entertainment LLC, Riot Games, Tencent, or any legal or other firm representing the aforementioned organizations, you are explicitly prohibited from accessing any products or services offered by MateX in any capacity. This includes visiting the website or server.

THIRD-PARTY SELLERS,Goods and services from third parties may be advertised and/or made available through this website or server. Representations regarding these third-party products and services are governed by their respective policies and representations. MateX assumes no liability or responsibility for any dealings or interactions you have with third parties.

CONDUCT,You acknowledge that this website or server may expose you to content that you may find objectionable or offensive. MateX shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on the website or server, including errors, omissions, or subjective interpretations of the content.

APPLICABLE LAW,This Terms of Service agreement, and any dispute arising from your use of this website, server, or our products and services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the local laws where the headquarters of MateX is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

   (a) any unlawful purpose;
   (b) soliciting others to perform or participate in unlawful acts;
   (c) violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
   (d) infringing upon or violating intellectual property rights, including those of MateX or others;
   (e) harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
   (f) submitting false or misleading information;
   (g) uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code that may disrupt the functionality of the Service, related websites, or the Internet;
   (h) collecting or tracking the personal information of others;
   (i) engaging in spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping;
   (j) conducting any obscene or immoral activities; or
   (k) interfering with or circumventing the security features of the Service, related websites, or the Internet.
   
   MateX reserves the right to terminate your use of the Service or related websites for any violation of these prohibited uses.
   
   13.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   You expressly acknowledge and agree that MateX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses (even if advised of the possibility of such damages), arising from or related to:
   (i) your inability to use or access the Service;
   (ii) the cost of obtaining substitute goods or services as a result of transactions made through the Service;
   (iii) unauthorized access to or alterations of your data transmissions;
   (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or
   (v) any other matter connected with the Service.
   
   MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION,(i) If any provision of this Terms of Use conflicts with applicable law and is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be interpreted to align with the original intentions of the parties, while the remainder of the Terms of Use will remain valid and enforceable.
   (ii) Failure by either party to enforce any provision or assert any right under this Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that provision or right, which will remain in full force and effect.
   (iii) You agree that any claim or cause of action related to the Service must be filed within one (1) year of its occurrence; otherwise, it will be permanently barred.
   (iv) MateX reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under this Terms of Use, thereby relieving itself of further responsibility under the agreement.
